1. About the catalog

The Site features a curated catalog of premium domain names. Each name is owned by us through an ICANN-accredited registrar and is available for acquisition or partnership at our discretion. Listing on the Site does not constitute a formal offer of sale; it indicates that the name is open for inquiry and may be transferred under terms agreed in writing.

2. Inquiry process

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create any binding agreement, obligation, or offer to sell. We respond to inquiries in good faith and at our sole discretion. Any actual sale or partnership will be governed by a separate, signed agreement.

3. Availability

Domains listed on the Site may be reclaimed at any time, with or without notice, if we decide to develop a name internally, enter into a partnership for it, or remove it for any other reason. The catalog is intentionally fluid; we make no guarantee that a listed name will remain available between your visit and your inquiry.

4. No advisory relationship

Content on the Site (pitches, descriptions, suggested use cases) is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, business, financial, or branding advice. Conduct your own trademark clearance and due diligence before purchasing any domain.

5. Intellectual property
